PERFECT FOR FAMILY/FRIEND REUNION/RETREAT up to 30 guests in 3 neighboring properties. 10+Bikes, 4 fire pits, 2 propane fire tables, 4 large expansive decks, 2 finished basements, comfy beds. Excellent WIFI! Sonos speakers, new appliances, stocked toy room, ping pong, corn hole, air fryers. Golf courses, ski resort, craft brewery within minutes. All you need to bring are clothes and food. Wildlife, nature, serenity and lifelong memories await! You won’t regret it!

The space

Now everyone can come together! We have so many communal areas and bedding options to suit all of your guests. We rent two or three of the homes at a time, subject to availability. The price is a base rate for all 3 homes so that your booking cost will reflect the # of homes and # of guests. All have gorgeous views of the lake with private outdoor space, perfect for intimate or large gatherings. The decor is comfortable and artistic, lending to a very memorable and relaxing time.

The home is on a man-made lake (not swimmable) located near an RV and trailer park located between Cambridge Springs and Edinboro. 4 great golf courses are within 5 miles, including Riverside (1 mile), Venango Valley, Riverside Golf Course, Country Meadows, Culbertson's, and more! The home sits right off of a very popular road for bicyclists. Activities include Antiquing (many shops all around!), kayaking on nearby French Creek, Riverside Brewing Company for music and craft beer, and access to playgrounds, and hikes. Within a 30 minute drive is a casino, spa, indoor and outdoor water parks, Waldameer amusement Park, the Millcreek Mall and plenty of shopping. During the winter season you can see Mt Pleasant ski resort from the back deck which is directly ~1 mile east of the property (6 minute drive).

We have bikes available at your own risk. PLEASE NOTE: By booking this property the tenant understands that the lake (Mitchell Lake) adjacent to the Property is privately owned. We do not have permission to boat on the lake.
